CONDIZIONI GENERALI

I supplementi non sono inclusi nell’importo totale del soggiorno e devono essere pagati separatamente in struttura.

Le tariffe si intendono per appartamento a notte e includono:

utilizzo degli spazi comuni quali  giardino, barbecue, gazebo, posto auto , Wi-Fi internet, consumi energetici, biancheria da letto-bagno-cucina con cambio settimanale e pulizia finale dell’appartamento. A richiesta cambio della biancheria con supplementi.

Le richieste di prenotazioni devono perfezionarsi:

• mediante versamento di una caparra confirmatoria pari al 30% dell’importo preventivato per l’intero soggiorno per le quote intere;
• mediante versamento dell’intero importo preventivato per l’intero soggiorno per le quote scontate

Cancellazioni e modifiche:

• La caparra confirmatoria si intende come conferma definitiva della prenotazione e non può essere restituita ai sensi dell’art. 1385 CC
• Le prenotazioni annullate saranno soggette a penali come di seguito riportato:
  • Da 14 giorni dalla data prevista d’arrivo: 100% del totale preventivato.
  • Eventuali riduzioni della durata del soggiorno sono considerate cancellazioni.
  • In caso di “no show” o di partenza anticipata sarà addebitat una penale pari al 100% dell’intero soggiorno prenotato.

Danni

Gli ospiti dovranno trattare i locali affidategli in modo responsabile e li devono restituire nelle stesse condizioni in cui li hanno ricevuti. Gli ospiti sono responsabili nei confronti del proprietario della struttura per qualsiasi danno arrecato alla casa e o al suo inventario durante il soggiorno da parte degli ospiti o di altri che hanno avuto accesso all’alloggio. Eventuali danni durante il soggiorno devono essere segnalati immediatamente.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Supplements are not included in the total cost of the stay and must be paid for separately in the structure.

Rates are per apartment per night and include:
use of common areas such as garden, barbecue, gazebo, parking space, Wi-Fi internet, energy consumption, bed-bathroom-kitchen linen changed weekly and final cleaning of the apartment.
On request change of linen with supplements.

Reservation requests must be completed:
by payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the estimated amount for the entire stay for full rates;
by paying the entire amount estimated for the entire stay for the discounted rates

Cancellations and changes:
The deposit is intended as definitive confirmation of the booking and cannot be returned pursuant to art. 1385 CC
Canceled bookings will be subject to penalties as follows:
From 14 days from the expected date of arrival: 100% of the estimated total.
Any reductions in the length of stay are considered cancellations.
In the event of a "no show" or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged.

Damage
Guests must treat the premises entrusted to them responsibly and must return them in the same condition in which they received them. Guests are liable to the owner of the property for any damage caused to the house or its inventory during their stay by guests or others who have had access to the accommodation. Any damages during the stay must be reported immediately.
